Nozomi Music School’s 2nd grand recital showcased our students’ dedication and talent, highlighting their journey from diligent practice to on-stage artistry at the JIBC, embodying our commitment to fostering the next generation of musical virtuosos.

A Night of Multicultural Beats
In May, Nozomi rocked out with some Japanese tunes at the ‘Multicultural Night’ at SHS. Representing Japan, I brought the house down!
Accompaniment at Kinone-en
In March, Nozomi played accompaniment for kindergartens at Japanese famous school, Kinone-en.
Nozomi Leads Japanese Kids’ Choir!
In a beautiful melding of culture and melody, Nozomi Music School proudly embraced a prestigious invitation from the Japanese Consulate to lead and conduct an enchanting Japanese kids’ choral performance. This special event unfolded on September 16, 2023, within the welcoming halls of the First Congregational Church of Christ, marking an unforgettable day of music, unity, and cross-cultural celebration.
Takumi Family’s Taiko Legacy at Nozomi Music School
In January 2023, Nozomi Music School hosted the Takumi Family’s vibrant taiko drum concerts, part of their 1,000-performance journey in the U.S.
Traditional Japanese rhythms captivated local audiences, enhancing cultural understanding and global unity through music. Reflect on this cultural spectacle that showcased our dedication to international musical expression and collaboration.
Open Mic Night at Sherwood Art Center!
Kiwamu, Nodoka, and Nozomi wowed at Sherwood Art Center in May and June. Amazing tunes, cool growth. Be part of it!
Nozomi Continues Leading JIBC’s Choir
Nozomi has been skillfully conducting the JIBC choir since last year, continuing her role with passion and dedication.
Nozomi’s Volunteer at Ridge Elementary Shool Choir
Continuing our heartwarming tradition, Nozomi volunteers weekly for choir lessons at Ridge Elementary School. She was also thrilled to accompany these young kids on piano during their performance.
